Have you ever wondered what makes a good espresso? We start with imported Italian Arabica roasted coffee beans. We of course add a ridiculously expensive Italian espresso machine and then choose our filter accordingly. One spout filter percolates slower for the richer single shot espresso. Lock in a two spout and the coffee draws faster for the more lengthy dose. Ask Angie to filter your espresso through a slice of freshly cut orange…you may be pleasantly surprised!
