It’s during September that we start getting Capriccio ready for the new season. When that start is seems to have moved since Covid, we expect the sailors to return in October (though we welcomed the lads from MHS Dauntless for a few nights as a warm up!). While closed for a couple of weeks in August we applied a lick of paint and added a roof for more shelter outside in all weather.

Our wonderful bar manager, Alicia has extended her contract and will be with us for another season so we hope to build on our regular business.

Menus will also be refreshed in October as we keep adding to our offering. For example we have secured a great source of Guanciale…the original carbonara bacon! Watch out for more Italian products coming soon care of a new Italian import company, Mangia BVI Ltd, that will allow us to sell Italian food and wine products that you may have tasted and liked at Capriccio.
