Our ladies in the kitchen are enthusiastic learners. Taught in Italian skills by Chef Davide Pugliese (the founder of Capriccio over 30 years ago), do not underestimate the complexity of simple dishes they have mastered. We love the work Josa, Diane, Rowena and Sherri do every day, and we positively encourage you to ask questions or seek tips if you find you’re missing a little finesse to the dish at home that you so enjoy at Capriccio.
