Continuing our relationship with taste and the opportunity our beautiful setting offers us, we have started to take weekly deliveries of freshly landed lobster during season. A little butter, some fresh thyme, a hint of garlic and a pizza oven is all you need. We may dice some into a creamy alfredo too. Partnering with local producers isn’t just cool, it’s fabulously tasty and good for the economy.
